How long is the Workshop?

The workshop can be a one or two day event. The workshop consists of presentations and question and answer session, along with tools and techniques to help participants thoroughly evaluate the market and develop strategies for growth.

Key personnel from multiple departments within the company are invited to attend, including board members, senior management personnel, and key members from multiple aspects of the organization, such as marketing, business development, R&D, manufacturing and research.

Who moderates the workshop?

A trained facilitator from Ace Corporate LearnQuest will moderate each event. The moderator will ensure an agenda is set and followed, and that timing for each piece is maintained. The moderator will also explain each tool or technique used in the sessions to ensure that each participant is fully informed.

Where is the workshop held?

Workshops are held at the client’s facility, unless an alternative location is preferred.
